Policies:
- These Policies and Procedures are set forth to govern the practice of Business Café Lounge BCL personnel, members, and all those that interact with the BCL in any and every way.
- All those that interact with BCL intuitively accept its policy and procedures, unless in writing object otherwise.
- The first policy of the BCL is that all representations, dealings, transactions, and interactions shall be handled in accordance with the standards that shall be set forth in the highest manner of responsibility, integrity, honesty, respectability, and transparency.
- There will be no manner of profanity, degradation, prejudice, or bias by owners, staff, and members of the BCL or in any facet of the establishment.
- All services and transactions performed on behalf of BCL, on its website or otherwise shall be deemed property of BCL, unless deemed otherwise in writing by a BCL authority.
- All property of BCL, including website, web application, content on the website and application, marketing materials, paraphernalia that represents BCL, and all shared information and documentation pertaining to BCL’s dealings shall be deemed property of BCL, unless otherwise indicated by BCL’s authorized personnel.
- All staff, volunteers, members, and others shall be held responsible according to the guidelines set forth herein when interacting with or on behalf of the BCL. This includes third parties, contractors, and the like.
- The Policies and Procedures documented herein are not the just of standards that shall govern the practices of the BCL. Additional policies and procedures shall be set forth as the company grows and includes the necessary ethical, moral, virtuous, righteous, and noble practices by which the BCL will stand upon. All statements herein are unwavering, and all signatures will indicate compliance with such standards.
